Ingredients

  • 150g lean ground beef (95%)
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 30g shredded cheddar
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt, pepper, paprika

Instructions

    Season beef with salt, pepper and paprika. Cook in a hot skillet 5-6 minutes, breaking up.

    Whisk yogurt, ketchup and mustard for the sauce.
