Ingredients
- 300g chicken breast, sliced
- 200g broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 120g jasmine rice (dry)
- 2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
Instructions

Cook rice according to package instructions.

Heat neutral oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry chicken until golden, 4-5 minutes.

Add vegetables and cook 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.

Stir in soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger and garlic for the last minute.
