Ingredients

  • 150g salmon fillet
  • 200g asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon (half sliced, half juiced)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt, pepper, dill

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.

    Place salmon and asparagus on a lined sheet pan.

    Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic. Season and top salmon with lemon slices.
